ABOUT NSS

National Service Scheme, under the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, Govt. of India, popularly known as NSS.

National Service Scheme provides diversified opportunities to students in colleges and Universities to develop their personality through community services. Community services rendered by University level students have covered several aspects like adoption of villages for intensive development work, mass tree plantation, technology transfer programmes, technologies for rural development, various technical training programmes for self-help groups and rural youth etc.,

NSS ACTIVITIES

National Service Scheme at MSAJAA is running successfully for past two years since 2022. At present, it has 100 dedicated volunteers providing services in and around Chennai region. Our NSS Unit has conducted different socio-welfare activities. Some of these are listed below.
